1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AudioTubeFinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by an individual business with VAT Number IT03966840369. Contact: audiotubefinder@gmail.com
2. Description of Service
AudioTubeFinder is a marketplace connecting buyers seeking vintage vacuum tubes with sellers. Users can post requests, browse listings, communicate via messaging, and subscribe as sellers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all account activities. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: post false or fraudulent content, harass other users, use the Platform illegally, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, scrape data, post spam, or impersonate others.
5. Transactions Between Users
AudioTubeFinder connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to transactions. We do not guarantee quality, safety, legality of items, or transaction completion. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.
6. Seller Subscriptions
Sellers may subscribe for premium features. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime; access continues until billing period ends.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content are owned by AudioTubeFinder. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with Platform operations.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDIOTUBEFINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AudioTubeFinder from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, harmful conduct, or illegal activity. You may delete your account by contacting audiotubefinder@gmail.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
